Q1. Whats the concept behind DI (Dream International)

The concept is to form a bridge between Investors and Investing Platforms/Avenues associated with the Growth Story of India. We bridge the gap between Investment, Business, Finance and Returns A Strong set of likeminded investors, who believes that MY MONEY SHOULD EARN FOR ME. And Talented entrepreneurs, Small and Medium Scale companies and individuals that are committed to building profitable businesses.

Q2.WHO Can invest with DREAM INTERNATIONAL?

Q3.What is the safety of our money?

DREAM INTERNATIONAL does a proper legal agreement with you and Provides you with Security Cheque for the amount that you have invested with us.

Q4.Investment Companies have a Huge setup, what about yours?

"DREAM INTERNATIONAL does not have a huge office set up or anything like that which incorporates extra expenditure. An investor need to understand that we are not here to just raise funds, we want to form a strong team of investors who believe in the concept of DREAM INTERNATIONAL (Refer to Q1) and sensible investing. You need to understand any big office or marketing team will basically pressurize your own investment, as all these expenses will be finally born by the investor itself. We prefer one to one interaction with our investors. Our Business model is to utilize 100 % of the funds received from you in different verticals of businesses to derive returns instead of trying to cope up with the pressure of infrastructure cost and other routine and marketing expenses. Again, we need to clarify this we are contacting you to introduce our business model to u, if you feel convinced with the though and process then only we will proceed further. We are looking for Broad minded investors who understand the concept and believe in this before investing.

Q5.How do we get assured that the investors will not be cheated?

DREAM INTERNATIONAL is providing all the investors with securities Cheque for the amount invested with us. We don’t have huge overhead expenses neither we have a huge team that will burden us for the Recurring Expenses. We have a very practical and advanced approach towards our business.

We invest full amount received from you in our business verticals. After all expenses we operate on 8 % to 12 % returns per month from our business verticals. What we are offering you is maximum 1.5% per month, we have enough space with us to operate. When we are earning enough by channelizing the money, why will we be wanting to default anyways.

We take all the precautions / measures / Security, in other words safe guard our investment before investing in any business vertical. We take extra margin of any delay in the processes or for the investment cycles that we operate on to ensure smooth operations.

We Strictly don’t gamble with money, We strictly don’t invest in Stock Market, Currency market, Commodity Market, Mutual Fund or any other speculative instruments. We invest purely in different Business verticals. We are a proprietor firm having 7 Years of hard core practical experience, we want to grow slow and steady. We are not in a hurry to expand, we believe in consolidating ourselves and growing.

Q6.Where do you invest/ what are these business verticals?

Year 2010, we Launched DREAM INTERNATIONAL, An investment company. Dream Media was growing at a steady pace, along with the invest to do work we also felt the need of our own setups Like Paper printing Setup, Flex printing Setup, Fabrication Unit etc. here to cater this DREAM INTERNATIONAL was launched, over here instead of opening our own units – (which definitely required lot of attention, Time, hard work, Staff etc. to make it as an independent unit. Which was very difficult for us.) we selected one vendor amongst our set of Flex Printing Vendors who was working with us and was delivering good in terms Service, Quality and Business Ethics, but had a small setup, DREAM INTERNATIONAL took over his set and extended it to brand new setup with 5 latest technology state of the art flex and Digital Vinyl Printing machines, Investment ratio was 25% and 75% Where we invested 75% of the amount. In this we had the complete custody of all the Machines and Stock. This arrangement suited us the most as in this we were getting 50% of the profit and a rate was finalized for inhouse work ( DREAM MEDIA & EVENTS). The setup is ours and the person is managing it well with his other clients also, we got our work done on priority and profits also. This idea was such as hit that our ESTEEMED client SWARAJ TRACTORS Has around 998 Main Dealerships all over India and DREAM MEDIA & EVENTS Has branded all of them in last 3 years. The best part was that the Flex and Vinyl for all these 998 Main Dealership has been printed in this upgraded print set up and was sent by courier from Manimajra Chandigarh. Any Main dealership for SWARAJ TRACTORS That you see in the whole of India is branded by Dream Media & Events. Same way We took over a Paper printing Unit and upgraded it with the latest state of the art paper printing machines on almost the same terms and conditions.By doing this we get our job done on priority and also we get associated with talented entrepreneurs and individuals that are committed to profitable businesses. May be if we were doing all this ourselves, don’t know how we would cope with all this. As by this time DREAM INTERNATIONAL was a full time investment company, we started looking for talented entrepreneurs and individuals and Investors like you.

Ladies Boutique: -
A Small ladies boutique on VIP Road Zirakpur, was just a boutique and a ladies tailoring shop 5 years back, Dream International Approached her (The Owner) and introduced out way of working to her, She was interested and she came up with the idea of participating in the exhibitions, She started with CII in Chandigarh, Then LAWAN PHERE and on and on and on. During these exhibitions she met an exporter, and now she is designing and exporting, Dream International is her financial partner and gets fixes % on turn over.DREAM INTERNATIONA is a financial partner for 14 such different boutiques in and around Chandigarh.This way we always look for talented entrepreneurs to join hands and Grow together.

Q7.Whats the return that you are offering?

When it comes to returns, there are two options Monthly pay out – In this we are offering 1.5% per Month – payment will be transferred in your bank account on a fixed date every month. Yearly pay out – In this we are offering 1.25% in advance for 12 months at the time of investment.

Q8. WHY NRIs and foreigners?

This is specifically because the rate of returns that we are offering are very lucrative to Indians living abroad and foreigner’s. As bank interests are low and any investment option you talk about doesn’t offer this kind of guaranteed returns. Normally any business in India offers around 15 % returns a month.
